What happens to comments?

The website editorial team checks regularly to ensure that the comments feature is not abused and removes any undesirable comments such as spam. The other comments are left in place and can be seen by all visitors to the website.

Sometimes a comment will be used to improve the article or the description of a record. Because it would be very time-consuming to check the content of every message, not every addition or correction will be incorporated in the description. However, all messages can be seen and searched by other visitors.

Search comments

If you check the ‘Comments’ check box in a search form, you will also search other visitors’ comments. See also the instructions on searching.

Privacy

See also our terms and conditions and privacy statement for more information on how we use your details (in Dutch).
